The project aims to change perceptions of the potential offered by the aquaculture sector for entrepreneurship and employment, building knowledge and capacity so that young people,especially women, are attracted by the opportunities and growth potential offered by working in aquaculture. It will also address socio-cultural norms and attitudes to increase the inclusion of women in a sector that is currently male-dominated.
